What is a Raks Sack?
At the present time we have two lines of Raks Sack, the Bint el Balad "Country Girl" and the Dala'a "Coquette". Both Raks Sacks are extremely sturdy to stand up the the hard wear that every dedicated dancer will put them through; classes, workshops, rehearsals, shows, after parties and everyday non-dance use!

The Bint el Balad is a basic black bag made from a strong fabric with a slight sheen, fully lined and held with sturdy 36" non-slip webbing straps. The bag closes with a velcro strip for easy access. The pockets are all elastic and have a tapered design to keep items from slipping out while the bag is moving. The larger pockets for veil and hipscarf are netting with elastic top. This helps keeps the items aired out and fresh! The sack is 12" tall, 14" wide and 3" deep. Each bag is hand individually embellished and is guaranteed to last and look great! The Dala'a is a one of a kind only - you will have a uniquely personal bag made from a variety of sturdy yet fashionable fabrics, fully lined and held with fabric-covered 36" webbing straps. The Dala'a has more non-slip elastic "storage" pockets than the Bint bag and an extra net pocket. The bag has an flap and closes with a velcro strip. It is 12" tall, 14" wide and 3" deep.
